These terms govern participation in the NuvoVic Dealer Partner Program. Please read them carefully before applying.
Program Overview
The NuvoVic Dealer Partner Program connects independent partners with technology solutions and provides coaching, educational resources, and business support. Participation is voluntary and subject to these terms.
Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Applicants must legally reside in the United States. Applicants must provide accurate and truthful information. Acceptance into the program is at NuvoVic's sole discretion.
Independent Relationship
Participation does not create an employer-employee relationship. Participants are independent business partners. No employment benefits are provided. Partners have no authority to bind NuvoVic or any third party.
Training
Partners are responsible for completing required educational materials, onboarding, and provider-specific learning on their own time where applicable. Completion of training does not guarantee certification, approval, customer assignments, or earnings.
Income Disclaimer
There are no income guarantees and no promises of commissions. Your results depend on your effort, sales activity, market conditions, customer demand, and other factors. Results vary by individual.
Confidentiality
Business materials, training content, and program resources remain confidential and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without authorization.
Intellectual Property
NuvoVic trademarks, logos, and brand assets remain the property of NuvoVic. Partners may not use them except as expressly authorized by NuvoVic.
Compliance
Partners must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to their activities in the program.
Professional Conduct
Partners must not engage in deceptive sales practices, misleading advertising, or false representations of any kind.
Termination
NuvoVic reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation for violations of program policies or applicable law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NuvoVic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program.
Warranty Disclaimer
Services, coaching, educational materials, and resources are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind unless otherwise required by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement between the partner and NuvoVic regarding participation in the program and supersede any prior understandings.
